My kitten was comfortable with Alena right off the bat, and he clearly loves the time he gets to spend with Alena. After a long trip I came home to a very happy and well-taken-care-of cat. It was extra nice to find other things (watering plants, getting mail, feeding the fish) were taken care of with great thoughtfulness and attention to detail.

I can't say enough good things about Alena. Every aspect of her service has been top notch from day one. Similar to what others have noted here, we were nervous to ask someone we didn't know to care for our beloved kittens. From the get go, Alena demonstrated that she knew exactly what she was doing and that we had nothing to worry about. Communication was excellent throughout our trips. Alena has a really easy-going manner and is a good listener. She truly is the cat whisperer. We were able to relax on our journeys because we knew the cats were in good hands.
